Incontinence is clearly a condition that can affect anyone. It can be quite debilitating and lead to anxiety issues with sufferers not wanting to go out for fear of experiencing a leak.

It can affect men and women but mostly occurs in women following child birth. It is quite a taboo subject but more and more people are talking about their problems with continence and several celebrities have talked about their specific issues.

The star, who recently appeared on The Graham Norton Show, explained how she developed stress urinary incontinence after having three children. Kate said she experiences bladder leakages when she sneezes or if she jumps on a trampoline.
